This privacy policy describes how Adam Gurski Creative ("we", "us") handles information collected through adamgurski-creative.com.

- Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form or email us directly, we receive the name, contact details, and message content you provide.
- AI assistant inputs. If the on-site AI assistant is enabled and you use it, the text of your messages is processed to generate a response.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically collects standard web server information — IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps — to operate and secure the site.
- No third-party advertising trackers are deployed on this site. Basic first-party click events may be logged to understand which service tiers visitors use.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver requested services.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
- To generate responses in the on-site AI assistant, if that feature is enabled.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Cookies
This site does not intentionally set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies used by Adam Gurski Creative are strictly necessary for site functionality, such as remembering UI preferences within a single session.
4. Third-party services
- Netlify — static hosting and form handling. See Netlify's privacy policy.
- External links — links to Instagram, Google, client websites, and other third-party destinations leave this site and are governed by those services' own policies.
- AI model providers — if the on-site AI assistant is enabled, messages may be routed to a large-language-model API to generate replies. Message content is not retained by Adam Gurski Creative beyond the active session.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. To exercise any of these rights, email adam88gur@gmail.com.
6. Data retention
Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to and service the request, or to satisfy legitimate business records. Server logs are retained per Netlify's default retention schedule.
7. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
