What needs
to work better?

Maybe customers can’t tell what you do. Maybe your site is a pain on a phone. Maybe your Google listing is out of date, or your best photos and video have nowhere to live. Start with the problem. Then fix the parts that need it.

A website project has a set build. A bigger marketing project looks at everything together: the message, how people find you, the creative and how they reach you. Each piece is agreed in writing. No one-size package.

Marketing starts with who you want to reach and what they need to know. Digital marketing puts that message on your website, your Google listing and everywhere people look online. A film, a photo or a printed piece can carry the same message — when it has a clear job and a clear place to go.

  • Websites: say what you do, show the proof, make the next step obvious.
  • Google visibility: accurate details, your real service area, photos and a clear path to your site.
  • Graphic design: logos, print ads and social graphics that match.
  • Photos and video: made for the message and where they’ll be seen.
  • Business tools: start with one repeated job and see if a tool would help.
How it fits together

From being found
to a useful conversation.

  1. Discovery. Someone finds a service page, your Google listing or a piece of your creative. Your name and service area match everywhere.
  2. Understanding. The page says who it’s for, what you offer and what the examples prove.
  3. Inquiry. A clear phone number, email, form or booking link. A click shows interest. It isn’t a booked call yet.
  4. Response. Someone gets the message and someone answers it. An auto-reply isn’t an answer. Follow-up tools are priced on their own.
  5. Review. Look at the same stretch of time: messages in, appointments booked, jobs followed up. If you don’t know where a lead came from, say so.

Google decides the rankings, and distance counts in local search. I’m based in Petersburg — I won’t pretend to have a Springfield office. Nobody can honestly promise a search position, a lead count or revenue. I don’t.

AI for marketing

Where AI
can be useful.

Try AI on one task. A draft from your notes. An outline for a post. Sorting information you’ve already approved. Check what it gives you. Anything a customer sees — words, prices, decisions — still goes past a person.

AI for marketing can start with an approved service description, a real job photo and your notes. Draft a post or a customer reply, then check it for accuracy, tone and permission before it goes out. The everyday demos show these jobs on made-up businesses, each one labelled.

That’s a job to try in a working session — not a robot running your marketing. Real connections, logins, review steps, subscriptions and upkeep are agreed separately. Ad buying, an auto-reply service and round-the-clock support aren’t part of it.

Measuring it

Know what
you are measuring.

Before changing anything, agree the question and what numbers you already have. Search views, clicks, messages, booked appointments and jobs won are different things. If there’s no starting number, it’s unknown — not zero.

Client numbers need access and permission. Compare the same things over the same stretch of time, and note what else changed. A new website alone doesn’t prove marketing made the sale.

Scope and questions

A clear scope.
An agreed next step.

Current services and prices cover websites, Google profiles, monthly care and AI sessions. Custom creative or bigger projects get their own scope and quote. That’s the whole menu.

Can you help with general marketing without an AI project?

Yes. Start with the message, the website, your Google listing or the creative you need. AI is a tool, not a requirement.

Who will I work with?

Me. Start to finish. If a job ever needs an outside specialist or someone else’s account, we agree that in writing first.

Do you guarantee growth or a top search position?

No. Nobody honest can. We agree the work, what we’ll track and how we’ll look at it. Rankings and sales depend on more than a website.
