The way I work
No contracts. No lock-in. You own everything on final payment — that's it.

- 50% deposit to start

- You own the site, photos, videos, and logos on final payment.
- Domain stays registered in your name.
- 30 days of free post-launch tweaks & bug fixes.

Common questions
- Do you lock me into a long contract?
- Nope. Everything monthly runs month-to-month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
- What happens if I change my mind mid-project?
- Revisions within what we scoped are free — you get a set number in your tier. If it turns into something bigger, I'll write up a quick change order so we're on the same page before I keep going. No surprise bills.
- Who owns the work?
- You do — completely — once the final invoice is paid. The site, every photo I shoot, every video I create for you, every logo file. All yours.
- Can I bring my own domain?
- Absolutely. The domain stays registered in your name, billed at cost. Point it at my Netlify host, or take it with you whenever — no hard feelings.
- Do you offer payment plans?
- The standard split is 50% to start and 50% on launch. On bigger projects I can break the back half into milestone payments — just ask and we'll work it out.
